Senokot Forte is a natural laxative for the relief of constipation.
This Mundipharma product contains Calcium Sennosides, which are natural vegetable laxatives derived from the senna plant that has been standardized for predictable results.
Senokot is a good alternative to Dulcolax and Ritemed’s Bisacodyl.

Each film-coated tablet contains Calcium Sennosides, USP… 17.54mg
(equivalent to 374mg Standardized Senna Concentrate)
Directions for Use:
Adults 2 tablets (Max dose: 2 tablets 2x a day)
Take preferably at bedtime. Dosage can be adjusted to meet individual requirements or as prescribed by your doctor. Works within 6 to 12 hours.
Contraindication: Contraindicated in patients with an acute surgical abdomen.
Precautions: Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present unless directed by your doctor. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by your doctor. If pregnant or nursing, seek the advice of your doctor before using this product.
Store at temperature not exceeding 30 degrees Celcius.
