Is there a minimum transaction fee?

Minimum order value is P500.

What types of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), online transfers, and Credit Card thru Paypal Payment

How much will be the delivery charge?

Order value between P500 – P1,499 = P100 delivery fee

Order value P1,500 up = FREE DELIVERY

How will I know if my order has been processed?

After paying for your items, we will send you an e-mail to confirm your order. This means that your items have been processed for delivery to your specified delivery address.

When can I expect my items to be delivered?

Delivery is within 2 business days upon verification of payment (excluding Sunday and holidays).

Cut-off time for payment verification is 3:00pm.

Can I return my items?

Upon delivery, kindly inspect items for defects and damages. If there is, kindly send us an email at foodandgroceryitems@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of the product(s), with the following information:

Subject of Email: RETURN/EXCHANGE: Order #(pls indicate your order number);

Date of purchase;Name and address of customer;

Contact number; and

Details of the concern (Ex. Wrong size).

AN ITEM CAN BE RETURNED UNDER THE FF CIRCUMSTANCES:

  1. Wrong product
  2. Right product but wrong size or quantity
  3. Expired product

Can I cancel my order?

If Payment has not been made you may log in to your BigGrocer Account and cancel your order. If payment was made but you still wish to cancel, send us an e-mail at foodandgroceryitems@gmail.com. Please wait for our confirmation. 

Orders may be cancelled as long as the items are not yet marked for shipping. Any refunds will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 working days, and shall be discussed with you by our customer representative.

We deliver/service to the following selected areas :

  • Lapu-lapu City

Can I have items delivered to multiple addresses?

You are only allowed one (1) delivery address per transaction. If you need to have some of the items delivered to another address, remove them from your current shopping cart, then proceed to Checkout. You will need to re-shop for these items and start a new transaction for a new delivery location.
