Payment
BigGrocer accepts several payment methods for online shopping: Cash on Delivery, Online Payment and Credit Card via PayMaya Payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery upon delivery provided that there’s a prior coordination with our Telemarketers, supported by Purchase Order and Company POC’s instruction.

Online Payment
- Payments via online transfers shall be made through accredited banks: Banco de Oro (BDO), Philippine National Bank (PNB)
- BigGrocer account details from respective banks shall be provided to customer via email upon check out.
- All proof of payment information should be emailed to our customer care at foodandgroceryitems@gmail.com to get your orders confirmed and processed.
- Transaction fees incurred by payments made via online transfer and other third party sites will be shouldered by the buyer.
Credit Card
- Credit Card payments are processed via PayMaya.
- All PayMaya payments are subject to confirmation before goods are delivered. Full payment should be made prior to delivery of goods.
- Transaction fees incurred by payments made via PayMaya will be shouldered by the buyer.
Issuance of Sales Invoice
All online transactions will be issued with sales invoice regardless of the mode of payment (COD, Online Transfer or Debit/Credit Card via PayMaya)
