Delivery

We deliver/service to the following selected areas : Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-lapu City, Talisay City, Minglanilla, Consolacion and Lilo-an

For minimum order P500 = P100 Delivery Fee
For minimum order P1,500 up = FREE Delivery

Only orders within our delivery area coverage will be processed.
Orders and payments verified by 3pm will be delivered within 2 business days excluding Sunday and holidays.
All orders and payments placed on holidays, Sunday or after 5pm cutoff time, will be processed the following business day.
BigGrocer delivery team will wait up to 15 minutes to deliver the order. If, after 15 minutes, and after unanswered calls to the registered mobile number, no one will receive the order, our delivery personnel will leave the premises.
You may contact us to arrange another delivery schedule but will be subject to delivery availability.
Depending on circumstances beyond our control, such as weather disturbances, traffic, or community quarantine measures, deliveries may be delayed.

For rush orders you may:

Pick-up the order in our warehouse address, provided it is within our operating hours and the payment is transferred online via any of our payment methods.
Book your own Transport Vehicle Network Service (TNVS), provided that it is within our operating hours and the payment is transferred online via our payment method.
