Kremil-S Advance is used for the relief of heartburn associated with acid indigestion and hyperacidity in as fast as 5 minutes.
This Unilab chewable tablet is a combination of antacids which effectively neutralizes the excess acid produced in the stomach helps neutralize acid in the stomach.
Also contains Famotidine which reduces acid production in the stomach for up to 10 hours.
Take 1 chewable tablet as needed (maximum of 2 tablets every 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor).
